Before booking, please read the following conditions of hire.

1. CONTRACT OF HIRE. The contract of hire shall be between the Hirer and the Property Owner and subject to the Conditions of Hire. The contract of hire is not effective until written confirmation of the booking or invoice is dispatched to the hirer. 2. PRICES. Rents are quoted on the rates and availability page and once a booking deposit is made remain firm. 3. BOOKING A HOLIDAY. Provisional bookings may be made by telephone and must be followed by receipt of booking form and deposit in our office within seven days. For all bookings a deposit of 30% of total rental is required and until this /eceived any reservation made is provisional and may be varied or cancelled without notice. Upon payment of the deposit and subject to acceptance of the booking the hirer becomes liable for the balance of the rental. The balance of the rental is due twenty eight days before the date the hire commences. No reminder is normally issued. We reserve the right to re-let the property if payment is not received 28 days before arrival. If the Hirer cancels the booking after the deposit is paid a refund will only be made if the property is re-let. No refund will be made if the cancellation is less than 28 days before the planned arrival date. 4. UNDER 18's. Bookings will not be accepted from persons under the age of 18. We reserve the right to refuse bookings solely at our discretion. 5. NUMBER OF PERSONS. The number of persons using the holiday property is not to exceed the stated on the booking form, unless prior agreement has been reached. The Hirer shall not part with possession of the property or sub-let or share it, except with members of the party shown on the booking form. We reserve the right to refuse entry to a property if the maximum number is exceeded. 6. CHILDREN. Must be supervised at all times because the pool is unfenced and lies within the villa 7. LINEN AND TOWELS. The villa is furnished and equipped for the number of people stated on the booking form. Sheets, towels and other linen are provided free of charge. 8. ELECTRICITY. There is no additional charge for electricity unless on long term rental rates. 9. AVAILABILITY. If the property is unavailable on the day stated due to circumstances beyond our control all monies paid will be repaid without question no further liability will fall upon ourselves. 10. BREAKAGES AND DAMAGE. A refundable deposit of £250 or equivalent will be added to the rental cost and will be fully refunded provided that there is no damage or breakages.
