Lounge/Diner: Comfortably furnished with reclining three seater, two seater and single seater three piece leather suite. Six seater dining table with seating for a further fourteen diners on the covered verandas. A bar divides the dining area from the kitchen.

Kitchen:  Well equiped with cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, American upright fridge/freezer and ample cupboards.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms including the master bedroom suite with walk in dressing room and large ensuite shower room and WC. The other two bedrooms have a shared shower room and WC. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning.

BBQ and Verandas:A gas fired BBQ is available on request and can be used in the garden or on the verandas surrounding the pool within the villa.

Utility Room: Has a washing machine/spin dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside: The villa is on a hillside facing the sea, consequently there is always a breeze so even on the hottest and most humid of days a comfortable place can be found to sit and relax.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Property is cleaned on a regular basis, towels changed and bed linen changed weekly or on request. Pool cleaned and water tested every other day.

Children: They are most welcome but must be supervised at all times as the pool lies within the villa and is unfenced. 

Car Hire: Recommended as there are numerous places of interest to visit. Driving is easy as Jamaicans drive on the left and are courteous. If an on comming vehicle flashes his headlights and half the vehicles in front of you do a rapid U turn then you are approaching a police check point.

Arrival: On arrival Roland will meet you at the villa,  hand over the keys and show you where everything is.

Welcome Pack: To get you off to a good start some basic items will be in the villa e.g. Tea, Coffee, Milk, Bread , Eggs etc.
