For anyone looking at Hummingbird Villa in Whitehouse Jamaica as a vacation destination....WELCOME TO PARADISE!!!!! The pictures you see on this website are exactly what it is. The view of the ocean is absolutely spectacular! Daisy and Bernard are the property owners and they are really hoping to make a profitable business for themselves and believe me when I say that they will do their best to make your stay a memorable one. Daisy is an amazing cook specialising in Jamaican cuisine. (I highly recommend having her prepare all your meals) Bernard will help you with directions as he is well versed about the local happenings. The property is immaculately clean, the local market an experience you will never forget, and the Red Stripe beer just as good as any favourite you have.
Don’t be afraid to tell them your likes and dislikes because they want you to be so satisfied that you can’t wait to book again next year.

Info:- Guests accommodation is the entire upper deck of the villa, over 7200 sq ft, including bedrooms, patios and pool area. A welcome pack will be supplied free of charge so that on arrival you will have the basic necessities to make tea and to have something to eat. The lower deck is the owners residence and they are normally on site. Any problems they will be there to sort things out. Spare rooms, if required are available on the lower deck.There is a very large lounge/diner separated from the kitchen area by a breakfast bar. The master bedroom suite has it's own shower/WC and lounge area. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have a shared shower. The veranders are well furnished and there is a B-B-Q if required.

Rates:- US$180 (circa £120) per night for a minimum of 3 nights for upto 6 guests. Additional guests over 6 years old US$30 (circa £20) each per night.

To secure your reservation a 25% deposit is required and the balance payable 28 days before arrival.

Spacious imposing hillside villa set in it's own grounds on the gated 'Tropical Sunshine Estate' in Culloden, Whitehouse, Westmoreland. Being about 200' above sea level and 400 yards from the sea and the estates own private beaches. The views are amazing, there is normally a relaxing breeze. Hummingbird Villa has been extended so that the staff are on site for added security and to maintain the pool and to cook meals if required. Staff accommodation is on a lower level under an extended patio area so your privacy has not been compromised.

We can offer breakfast and evening meal at a cost. Alternatively you can purchase you own supplies and if required Daisy will cook for you at no extra cost. Daisy can make anything taste special from a traditional Jamaican meal to most English/European dishes.

Bernard and Daisy or their helper will ensure the patio areas and pool are kept clean. If required room cleaning and laundry will be undertaken at no extra charge.

On leaving the airport take the A1 towards Lucea and Nigril. After about 4 miles at Reading turn left onto the B8. Keep on the B8 through Anchovy, Montpellier, Haddo and Whithorn until you reach Ferris Cross on the South Coast. At Ferris Cross turn left onto the A2 and head southwest towards Whitehouse passing through Cave, Mearnsville, Bluefield, Belmont and Auchindown. On the right you will see the entrance to Sandals, Whitehouse. You have only just over a mile to go. Look out for the anchor at the entance to the Tropical Sunshine Estate. Turn left into the estate and then after about 100 yards turn left, after about 200 yards take the first left on a right hand bend. Hummingbird Villa is the last property on the right.
